Send a copy of the nominee’s passport stating the details of change request including your membership number, contact details and the wrong/ correct nominee name to [email protected]. This change shall not count towards your nominee quota.

For amendment of issued ticket, they may charge you a reissue fee of USD50 but normally they should waive if the amendment is less than 3 characters. If the typo is the middle name, you can simply ignore it and check in at the airport direct.

Once the email is sent, call the hotline and tell them the email you used to help them retrieve your email and change for you.

If the hotline agent insists to deduct your nominee quota, hang up and call again or request to speak to their supervisor.
