There is a higher price if you book more than one day in advance, but it should appear on the booking page in the GoWild column. The advance (>1 day window) booking option is relatively new and was not part of the original offer.
No, the price was stated up front. However, I remember the original GoWild Pass T&Cs promising a $0.01 Fare. Where are these new rules mentioning a supplement for early bookings? I haven't seen anything like this yet.
