It's worth it to me, even if I only travel once or twice a year. Even within the US, where I tend to stay at Hamptons/Home2Suites, because the free breakfast is better than the hassle of dealing with F&B credit. The card is great for point earning, which I then save up and redeem for 5 nights on international vacations, where I am more likely to get a room upgrade and can stay closer to the city centers. Both the FNC and the $250 airline credit (UA travelbank) are easy to use. The resort credit is the hardest for me to use, I've used it 2 out of 4 years (not including when it was converted to restaurant credit during the early pandemic).
