I am not aware of any these days. Houston actually has a flower district down near the med center and long ago one of those stores did actually have an airport stall landside near the old term B baggage claim but it is no more. Some of my fellow IAH flyers might chime in if I have missed a new shop that does; but looking at Fly2Houston.com none of the vendors seem to have flowers either.
Slight tangent, but you might want to check the rules for importing flowers/plants into EZE; many countries prohibit or restrict some plant imports.
Are you flying UA for both legs? If so, IAH is one of the few US airports where you do not have to claim your checked bags in customs for an int'l-to-int'l UA connection. They normally will announce it on the plane, worth checking out, and might allow for safer travel of some items in a checked bag since it is not likely to be opened and rummaged by USCBP.
