AMEX Hilton
Is it worth the huge ($450) yearly fee to get the AMEX Hilton Aspire card?

I currently have the Surpass card with a $95/yr fee, but am wondering if it is worth the extra $355/yr to get the Aspire card?

I am mainly interested in the Diamond status and the 1-night free night.
Are any of the other "perks" worth it?

What do you think?
