I wasn't clear in my post. I have only filed an inquiry with Vanilla (they call it a "case") and have just been dealing with Vanilla. I'm thinking about filing a complaint for both cards with the CFPB, but I'm wanting to make sure that I name correct entity. If you have filed a CFPB complaint on Vanilla cards, did you file against Sutton or InComm?
