Same one for years Visa. Seems it's a glitch with their new terminals. Should work itself out.
I will try again in a day or two. I get along well with the manager. If it's not working I will ask

Update. Went back to FD today, still doesn't work " declined do not honor". I asked if the terminal had been replaced(though it was worn and looked the
same). He said no and we talked a little bit and he asked if I wanted to talk to the Mgr. but she wasn't there.
