That suggests that KL is not confident about operating the flight with a Premium Comfort equipped 777. If they end up operating with one, I'd expect that there will be offers at check-in. If booking with KL, there might be offers earlier if the scheduling firms up.

I'm not familiar enough with GUCs/MUAs on the DL side to comment if those might become an option if KL commits to a PC-equipped bird.
