I assume that we can also go to FCT. We have never been in the FCT and would like to experience this lounge. Would it make sense with a little more than a 2 hour layover to go to the FCT? And is it worth it compared with the bistro lounge?

You are flying first, you need to go to the FCT or an FCL to get first class treatment. Or at least LH's version of it.
