Next Wednesday we fly from Amsterdam to bogota. Ams-fra is in business and fra-Bog is in first. We have a 2 hour lay over in fra and LH invites us to the bistro lounge at gates C14/15

I assume that we can also go to FCT. We have never been in the FCT and would like to experience this lounge. Would it make sense with a little more than a 2 hour layover to go to the FCT? And is it worth it compared with the bistro lounge?
