DP: I dialed 800-361-5373 at 8 AM PST and opted for a callback, which I received 38 minutes later. The call went smoothly, and I managed to add a HND-PEK leg to my SEA-HND trip. However, I was charged 22,000 points instead of the expected 5,000 points for a stopover. The agent mentioned that the system didn't provide the 5K option. Does anyone know the reason behind this?
