I'm worried about inexperienced agents proclaiming the delay is from Doha To Saigon (which it is) and neglecting to factor the combined journey commencing from the UK. Hence might tell me that eu261 doesn't apply.
When I was in Doha a couple of weeks ago, there were soooo many agents with differing levels of knowledge and experience, it was scary.
