Recently flew twice long haul flights and 3 short haul flights. As Cx Gold, I got almost every flight (except one long haul flight) greeted by FP and one short haul flights with bottle water provided, as well as my travel companion, was also greeted with last name while getting served meals. During one short haul flight, the FP even came over and asked whether they could provide me anything for my connecting flight, like gaming card for some other stuffs. Interestingly, the last long haul flight I was treated like nobody, perhaps because the flight was quite full. but I am totally fine with that,
