Thank you. The GGL agent said it should be qualified as switching to the AA code flight was not my fault. But BAH never came back to me including other complaints related to this BAH (basically, my hotel cancelled my stay as no show because I arrived in the next day due to the cancellation, BAH confirmed the hotel was informed on the phone before my flight, which was not true).

Even though I will renew my GGL without the double points, I will be very angry if I lose the 780 TPs (640 for the double TPs + 140 for MIA-LIM).
