This is what happens when there is no communication from Aeroplan at all on myriad of award booking issues since Aug 23rd. Is it technical issue? Is it to combat fraud? Why so many phantom availability that no one can book? Why some routes are bookable by phone, some aren't? The list goes on.

I am reasonably speculating if any of the anti fraud measures are already in place by blocking award to some members - which seems natural to me.
