Early Check-in: Arrived at 9:30 a.m., but was told check-in for American Express guests was at noon. They offered to text me if my room was available sooner, but never did. I came back to the hotel at 11:30 and was given a room anyway.
Late Checkout: Unused, but was told it was 4 p.m. at check-in without me asking
Upgrade: Premier Room in Pinnacle Tower - Floor 2
$100 Food & Beverage Credit: The hotel converted it to $145 NZD at check-out, despite the representative telling me at check-in that $100 USD is $170 NZD. I was told the hotel uses its own "standard" rate. You can also use the credit at the spa and gift shop.
Breakfast: Breakfast buffet at Eight restaurant

I was given a welcome amenity, which was a nice surprise since I'm not a Langham member. They dropped off a kiwi, apple, two bottles of sparking water and a bottle of wine.

The Our Land is Alive bar and Eight restaurant offer a 15% discount for hotel guests when charged to your room. The Concierge Lounge in the lobby does not. However, the staff at Our Land is Alive let me mix and match food from the Our Land is Alive and Concierge Lounge menus for lunch and dinner. I got the 15% off discount every time, even on the Concierge Lounge items (beef fillet and fish special), so the key may be to order and eat at Our Land is Alive to maximize the food credit.
