I am looking to book an award flight SQ PVG-SIN-DPS in Y where I see loads of availability on united.com but sas.dk shows up completely empty (quite clearly a bug as it shows no availability what so ever until EOS). I have tried other browsers etc but nothing shows up what so ever. Has anyone found success with booking on the phone and removing the booking fee of several hundred kroner because of the faulty online booking system?
