Good luck with that. Portugal is a failed state, suing them might take seven years and even if you win you have to pay your fees. The entire legal system is broken.
Tap is built on fraud. €3.2B burnt and never paid back in the pandemic. A company full with political friends, paid much higher than local industry standard, alleged kickbacks when buying planes at Airbus, high fines in the US for frauding customers, hidden status benefits designed for politicians,...
