Came into HND last Wednesday on AA169 arriving about 4:15. Biggest issue was waiting for Immigration to get all the booths open. Customs hadn't opened the e-Gate yet but all the Customs guy just looked at my passport picture and waved me through. As usual (for me at least) is waiting for the bags to come up. Plane to lobby was about 45 minutes. There isn't very much open at HND then other than the 7-11 so just wandered about until the Keikyu opened up.
