If the crew notices the date, far more likely if you are in a premium cabin and/or are a AMC Diamond or above, you might get a birthday card and maybe a small gift if they have something. Might just be a small toy airplane that they also give to the kids. Don't expect anything, and enjoy if they make an effort.
