Any tips on being able to get seated or upgraded in KLM's new Premium Comfort on the refurbed 777-300s m, when the DL fare page shows 'not offered' but shows up on the seat map? Amex Corp travel didn't see any P or W fares available. Currently have a DL006 Y coach ticket and am DL Gold.
