I did a search and can’t find a ESTA wiki page or anything so sorry in advance if this isn’t the best way to ask.
It’s not me who has been denied an ESTA, but my sister in law. Basically her (aged 28) and her partner (age 29/30) are booked to go to Vegas in October and have applied for a ESTA but she was arrested in the UK when she was 17. When applying for the visa it was denied due to this. She has visited before for her 21st birthday as a surprise by her boy friend who didn’t know she was arrested and then was pulled aside upon arrival but was allowed in and ESTA granted (long story short).

she has requested and paid £200 for an expedited visa meeting but the date been given is Feb. Does she have any options? What advise would you provide please?
