There's only one
potential problem with filing no charges: your insurance company migth have required a police report for insurance purposes. OTOH, you would still be able to get a report copy, as the woman was (appropriately) detained. Other than that, IMO, you did well, and she obviously did not - regardless of culture, ethnicity, origin or other characteristic, she behaved, as we say in California (anyone want another stereotype,
) quite, er, a$$wholi$tically.
