Me, I’d wait until the start of month 25 (in your case, October) absent a truly compelling need to apply earlier.
To give an update to this, I did have a compelling need to apply earlier (hefty spend later this month) so I was the DP I wanted to see. Applied at exactly 731 days after receiving the bonus on the Amex Brilliant per my Bonvoy Account and was approved instantly. The 5 50k nights are going to be great.
