Addendum/Datapoint (re expedited delivery and erroneous information from telephone CSR):
Instant approval for CIP on 9/1/23 (Friday of Labor Day weekend). Called 2-3 hours after approval, requested expedited delivery (to ensure receipt in time for 9/15/23 estimated tax payments), was told it would be sent by 2 day delivery. Not received, called again Tuesday 9/5/23, was told it had not yet been shipped, required verifications, would be sent next day by 2 day delivery without tracking information sent to me with expected delivery Friday 9/8/23.
Received card yesterday Wednesday 9/6/23 via UPS Express, happy camper.
But, wait for it … yes, you guessed it, … today Thursday 9/7/23 received second identical card.
