According to delta.com, all of Rows 9 & 10 are considered Exit Rows.

The 10a/f seats are similar to the 27a/g seats on a 767-300. (Just had both those seats this morning flying from PBI-ATL-LGA.) The exception here is that on the 767, the whole row isn't considered an Exit Row. Just those two seats.

It is strange why Delta would block off Row 10 on the Song 757 unless they just wanted to protect that row for another reason.
