Is there an e-mail address I can reach out to?
I flew AMS-HKG-SYD-HKG-AMS last month, and the flight from AMS-HKG did not get credited to my account; the other flights were no problem. This was all flown on a single ticket (CX).
I have asked Qantas to credit this one flight, but they have now rejected my claim.
Any tips on what I can do?
