Are you allowed to enter Schengen?

If not, then you'll have to make the Non-Schengen transit E to D yourself.

If yes, you could opt for the transfer to A Gates (Schengen Immigration, and I'm not sure if there is an extra security from BKK, but I believe so) and then enjoy the A lounge there for a short time, before making your way to the D gates.

I would decline the transfer. Enjoy some moments in the F lounge in Gates E, leave around 2020, then take the Heidi train, walk to D gates (Heidi and walk takes no more than 10min alltogether), pass the almost always empty security there, and be ready for boarding..
