One thing to add is that the amount of time that they need to be sat belted in is not entirely predictable. There is a quite a good chance that it could be extended by time taxing/queueing to leave at Heathrow, there is also a lower likelihood but absolutely possibly scenario where the flight faces extended turbulence in the air.
