Do you still get Hilton points/nights credit if you were to book through BA Holidays? I know generally not if through a third party like Expedia, but Hilton website says something about using accredited IATA agents which i'd presume BA are?
Not the end of the world either way as the double tier points would be more valuable.
It worked for me, I added the stay to my Hilton account using the booking refence provided in the BAH voucher and have now earned the points. I was also given the Hilton Gold breakfast credit. Obviously no guarantee that this will always work.
