We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Usually, points earned with your cobrand card are deposited into your honors account within days after the end of each billing cycle, however they can sometimes take up to 12 weeks to post. In the meantime, you can review your billing cycle date and the points you earned in your AmericanExpress.com online account.
