Let's put the moral issues aside.
Any code you use that you are not eligible for carries a risk. That rate being a prepaid rate helps but it doesn't 110% guard against the hotel challenge your eligibility of the rate.
If you check-in using that rate and there is no wedding at either of the hotel, they know that you are not eligible for it. As the other poster pointed out the hotel can charge you the rack rate which can be insane.
If you are lucky that there is a wedding there, be prepared to find out who the lucky couple is because the front desk may ask you "Who's wedding are you attending?"
You might want to do some homework if you are using this rate.
