Typo on redemption nominee, Cathay wants to charge $50 to change it
Wondering if someone else had the issue, I made a typo (forgot one letter) in the redemption nominee. When I called Cathay immediately after, they told me that I had to pay 50 usd to change it.
Is that a case of Hang Up and Call Again?
