In addition to what ernestnywang mentioned above:

CAI = Cairo
OSL = Oslo
Some others have mentioned ex-Sweden which would generally be ARN (Stockholm) but not exclusively, and ex-Hungary which is BUD

Airline codes I mentioned:
RJ = Royal Jordanian
QF = Qantas
AT = Royal Air Maroc
AA = American Airlines
