I've already put it in the "feedback" thing in the right hand side of the booking page, but I doubt that guess to the right person.
I would just ring the normal reservations line and tell them what you tried to do, that it didn't work and so you ended up booking through an OTA instead of direct with A3, and asking whether they could get someone to look into it. It might not achieve anything but I would probably give it a go when I had 5 minutes spare, in order to potentially prevent you and others facing this problem in the future.
