The Club Lounge has permanently relocated to the Lobby area. The 20th floor space it was previously occupied had been repurposed into an Indian restaurant and the Club Lounge is now occupying the space previously used by the Lobby Bar/Lounge. When I was there last year, the Lobby Bar/Lounge had been closed and the space was used exclusively for Club-Lounge eligible guests. So Club services are still there, only in a different location, and the only thing missing is the view.
