Considering booking an evening flight, but I won't have anywhere to go for about four hours. I'd rather not sit in the terminal for an hour and might just pay someone else more money for an earlier flight if that's what's happening.
Even if it's not being enforced today, the rule is the rule, and enforcement could start any time.
But I'm pretty sure it's being enforced.
