It sounds like this happens to you a lot... I shifted over to Avis this year after National declined to renew my employer's leisure discount.

I've never had this happen with National/Alamo/Enterprise in years of renting with them. With Avis... I've had this happen twice now in three months. Once at CNS (took several hours to post, attendant said "I've got ya mate") and now this one. I don't understand why this is so hard. Meanwhile, I will take your advice and get pictures and video of each return.
