1. They put the room service in the box from the hallway. You get it from your room. Sorta like how you pay at a gas station in a bad part of town.
2. No option. Just said they applied the cert and that was the room.
3. Any meal at Seaside is going to be great. They brand it as a beach club which can be misleading. It's probably the best food in the place that's included. Cielo on the roof is great for lunch and won't interfere with your pool time. The shrimp at both restaurants are the 11/15 king shrimp types and are a must order anytime you see them. Out of the ones we tried, I would rank the Moxche restaurants Dos Almas first, followed by Suki and Ember. Dos Almas has a bar with unique Mexican spirits. The Mexican whiskey is made using the same process they use to make tortillas.
