Something to note. Our entire wide-body fleet (787's included)* were all designed as 2-class airplanes. With the addition of PY, adding an extra class of service posed some challenging logistics for catering provisioning, and galley planners. We do our best to get things out in a timely manner.
*787's were however delivered with J/PY/Y in 2014.
Lucky AC doesn't have any A350's. Their inadequate shelve space in the galley for the FA's. I always feel bad for FA's when they are prepping meals.
