Does the stay not show up under your account? If it does, you will be able to see how many points were subtracted from the initial amount at the time of booking for your My Way Benefit and the promotion, even if no receipt was generated. It is more than likely the final point amount that you were charged was 3,000+ points less than what was deducted at the time of booking.
all that it shows is -23,000 and View Receipt" doesnt appear since the hotel never sent it in
So I can see the bal in the acct but have no idea what it was before making the res and no way to see what has been added or subtracted from the acct, we dont use the App
