I am planning to fly CDG-TBS next summer and, as a Delta Platinum (SkyTeam Elite Plus), do I have to buy a certain type of Air France ticket in order to add my SkyMiles number to the reservation and (a) get a free bag checked and (b) get a free advanced seat selection?

On the Air France website, it says that a bag is included under "Standard" and only a seat selection is offered under "Flex". Are those rules only applicable to people with non-elite status?
