That doesn't mean they won't charge it anyway. This happened to me and 1kvoice acted like they were doing a favor issuing a refund. Add this to "Why I'm making no effort to requalify for 1K."

I was greeted as EXP at least 50% of the time on AA. I felt recognition was much better than UA.
