ZRH-MAN 4th September, evening flight, operated by Air Baltic.

I have found the wetlease operated by both Helvetic & Air Baltic on this route to be inferior to the LX operated flights. Huge exception on this flight, from boarding to exiting the service was fantastic, Status recognition & warm welcome onboard, service was incredible & with 14 J pax on a 1.5 Hr flight, i feared the worst, the Purser was incredible, by a considerable margin the best service in European J i have ever experienced on any airline.

This particular Crew, led by the Purser clearly want to go the extra mile, if only it was always like this…..
