I don't know why you all complain wrt the food on DL. This was the Cajun Spiced Chicken Breast, sweet corn jalapeno gratin, zucchini, sea salt red peppers main. I was in row 2 and orders were taken from the front but when she got to me there was no choice. However it was an excellent meal in every respect, including attentive service throughout the flight. The little caprese salad and slice of cake were delicious. We did not get any bread, but I don't know whether that is part of the service standard for a flight this length. Also, no hot towels, but again I don't know whether that is a thing on DL domestic. I have mostly flown AA for a number of years but I may need to rethink that. AA's meals on a similar length flight are a joke in comparison. AA's warm nuts are nice but they don't make up for all the other sins.

why do we complain? Offerings like this Fieldstone Fudge Round dessert-available in bulk sales of 192 units for $77. It’s insulting.
