St Regis Jakarta have few different transport options.
Most expensive is Golden Bird Toyota Alphard car (hire car)
Slightly cheaper is Mercedes E Class house car
Cheaper than the other 2 but a bit more expensive than normal taxi is Silver Bird service (another taxi service)

Raffles Singapore use their house cars ... a fleet of 4 S Classes for airport transfers (not cheap)

For less bling house cars, Capella Ubud have a fleet of few Toyota Fortuner (a mid sized SUV) to take guests around in Ubud areas and also pick up and drop off.
Not sure the price because on my last stays, all their rate include 2 ways transfers.

Not the easiest car to get in, but then again if you have trouble climb up into that car then you better not staying at Capella Ubud
