Yeah, the interior layout for both looks the same from photos I've seen. Pool Access has a slightly larger patio that connects to the beach club.

Privacy wasn't a big issue. There's a big fence covered in vines between the patio and beach club that mostly obscures the view.

Beach club was noisy until ~6pm everyday but closed at night. Bigger issue noise-wise was the nightclub (in the basement?) which had loud bass until 4am on weekends.
