No cutout. I think 5BE are relatively safe from toilet smell because of the way the door opens. But for row 5 I have only sat in 5F (no smells got to there). I would pick 1B from those options, though. Usually you can get your small bag near the seat, since 7M9 has the space bins, and you can kind of stick your legs into the aisle if long legs.
