Talking buffet only now (don't think I ever sat down at the restaurant at SFO Polaris lounge), the food is pretty poor at all Polaris lounges, IMO.
ORD maybe a bit ahead of the pack, but overall, you'd have to be approaching starvation to call any buffet food at Polaris lounges "great", especially comparing it to roll-out offerings.
The buffet is okay at best and generally mediocre. Try the sit down restaurant f
r a chance at a much better experience.
