I’ve never had a problem with getting complimentary 4pm check out at this hotel. Sometimes they would even give me up to 6pm on a complimentary basis, but that became so infrequent and unreliable for me that I just had to count on sticking to 4pm late checkout or making alternative plans.
We have a 9pm flight out and really wanted to shower up before heading to the airport. 4PM would mean spending way too much time @ EZE, so based on what you posted we requested a 5PM instead of the 4PM and they said no problem for the extra hour. We really wanted ab6pm but felt if they said No, then they might have declined a 5pm as well
This said The Palace side at least didnt appear to have anyone else staying besides us, never saw anyone go into or out of the elevators during our 5 days here, nor did we ever see anyone else on our floor, so maybe due it being so quite they didnt mind giving a 5pm
